Morgan Geib, of Stillwater, Minn., was recently hired as the Business Development Manager at OmniLingua Worldwide, LLC.
Geib, of Stillwater, Minn., holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Packaging, from the University of Wisconsin—Stout. Prior to OmniLingua, Geib was corporate sales manager for Sajan, a global language translation services company based in River Falls, Wis. At OmniLingua, he will be responsible developing new business.
“We’re excited to have Morgan as part of our team,” said Mark Sellergren, OmniLingua CEO. “He brings to the position a lot of energy and passion for discovering new sustainable business opportunities. He shares OmniLingua’s belief in creating long-lasting relationships with our clients.”
Geib, who started his new position in July, says he’s equally enthused about joining OmniLingua. “I wanted to work with OmniLingua because I believe in our approach to the industry. Quality is at the forefront of everything we do here. We also have the ability in our technology to continue to change the industry. We are doing some very innovative things.”
Geib says he has always approached his life and his work as a “sponge.”
“I realized early on that the best way to understand people and complex processes is to listen with purpose,” he says.
