We have an organizational flowchart at OmniLingua Worldwide, but the truth is we don’t pay much attention to it. Every person in our company is valued equally. Each one is committed to providing outstanding, high-quality translation and localization services. But the buck stops with the following people:

Owner & Chair: Mark Sellergren

Behind owner Mark Sellergren’s desk is a quote from Michelangelo: “Ancora Imparo” or “I am still learning.” It reflects his personal philosophy—and that of OmniLingua, which he purchased in 1994. His message to you: “We do what we promise.  And we look at problems as opportunities for improvement.  If there’s a problem, we’ll address it head on.”

Mark’s background:

  • Received J.D., University of Oklahoma, 1971-1974
  • Certified Public Accountant, State of Iowa, 1973-today
  • Served in the U.S. Marine Corps, 1966-1969

President: Kenneth Klein

Kenneth is a true innovator. Through years of research and practice, Ken has become an organizational development expert providing strategic planning and implementation consulting services to a wide range of industries. Now, as President of OmniLingua, Ken has harnessed his laser-like focus to re-imagine the client solutions strategy. At the heart of his efforts is his localization Cascade to Quality model for aligning localization processes inside the supply chain. He believes that while the localization industry is succeeding at creating structured specifications, a gap still exists for assessing quality against these specifications. Ken says, "There is much work to be done to improve our industry and I'm very glad to be a part of it."

Ken’s background:

  • M.B.A. - Management & Organizations and Entrepreneurship, May 2002, Henry B. Tippie School of Management, University of Iowa, winner of the Papajohn Statewide Business Plan Competition
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, University of Iowa
  • 14 years of C-level responsibiliites including International Business, Sales and Marketing, Product Development and Implementation, Team Leadership and Market Competitive Analysis
