OmniLingua doesn’t take its quality management system for granted.
Achieving certification has its rewards, but demonstrated and measurable continuous improvement is the ultimate goal. In order to remain a relevant partner to our clients, it is important that we participate in formal audits to identify and focus on areas most needing our attention.
Through rigorous internal process audits, client desk and on-site audits and formal regulatory and registrar audits, OmniLingua remains in a continuous feedback loop, pushing our staff to achieve measurable enhancements across the board. OmniLingua has a record of no "major non-conformities" as a result of client or registrar audits and has often been recognized for our best practices.
As a forward-thinking company, we are continuously looking for ways to improve ourselves. Training is a key component to ensuring that our employees understand the requirements of working for our clients within regulated industries. Our account and project managers working for clients in the Life Sciences regularly participate in webinars focused on changing global regulatory requirements. Additionally, they are required to train to the basic HIPAA certification level when involved in projects with the potential to contain protected health information (PHI). Staff members involved in projects that involve classified information also undergo specialized ITAR and operations security training to ensure that all requirements are met. The goals we strive for include first-rate customer service, quick turnaround times, and quality translations.
We welcome the opportunity to introduce you to our team and processes. Challenge us!
